However, I faced issues with cleanliness and the rudeness of the front desk staff. The shuttle service provided to the Vatican is convenient, but I found the hotel's location too far from the city center, which resulted in costly taxi rides. Overall, while I appreciated certain aspects, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
